In light of the challenges and complexities that the world is currently facing, Campfire has chosen to open The Furnace to help one organisation currently facing new challenges brought up during the Covid-19 pandemic. Campfire wishes to support this organisation by making its own team and resources available free of charge to help develop and implement a creative solution for the greater good.
The Furnace has always been Campfire’s place for experimentation and self-initiated work. The Furnace drives innovation and energises our team – allowing us to explore new technologies and mediums and develop new ideas and skills, driven by a defined mission. This is our open call to do something together.
Applications to The Furnace are open to any and all organisations, businesses and charities that can communicate and/ or demonstrate significant impact (or permanent disruptions) sustained by the pandemic that interrupt their ability to add value to the world. They must demonstrate a clear need for support and have the ability to collaborate with us to deliver the project during the working restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The applicants must have the ability to start working with Campfire as soon as 27th April 2020.
The application closes Wednesday 22th April.
- Campfire is committed to offer its own team and owned resources for a billable value of up to £50,000.
- All of the Campfire team and resources will be made available, including an in-house team of Art Directors, Producers, Content Creators, Designers, 3D Animators, Interactive and Experiential Specialists.
- Campfire is committed to offer its services in respect of the Covid-19 regulations and restrictions in place, and the public health measures recommended by the government and WHO.
